This octopus is hand sculpted from polymer clay, with a cosmic robe created from paints and pigments. The suckers are all individually sculpted from pearly white polymer clay and placed on the legs in a neat row from top to bottom. There is a metallic silver coat of paint on the very bottom of each sucker. This octopus sculpture sits in a black, bathtub shaped porcelain bowl with a glittery resin, and holds one glass sphere. The bowl has white paint speckles on the inside, creating a galaxy like appearance. The octopus's eyes are made from white jade with painted on pupils. The whole piece is coated in resin which acts like a glue and a high gloss varnish at the same time, securing everything in place.
